Iphone 6S and 6S plus price dropped by Rs 22,000 in India

iPhone 7 reaches India, Apple fans here have another reason to celebrate. The company has cut prices of iPhone 6S and 6S Plus by up to Rs 22,000. iPhone 6S Plus (128GB), which was selling for Rs 92,000 so far, will now be available for Rs 70,000. The smaller phone, iPhone 6S (128GB), has also received the same price cut and is now selling for Rs 60,000.

Apple has also slashed the price of this year's iPhone SE 64GB. The phone was launched at Rs 49,000 and now has received a price cut of Rs 5,000.

Although not official, but other variants of the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are also selling for a reduced price on several online retailers. The iPhone 6S (16GB) is available for around Rs 42,000, which is also a Rs 20,000 drop from its original price.

It is to be noted that after the launch of iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, Apple removed the 16GB iPhone 6S from its website. Since Apple is the original seller of this 16GB iPhone 6S on Amazon India website, the company might be trying to clear the stock of the older iPhone.
